You have a broadway voice, so good. Lyrics are great. Enjoyed this beginning to end.

sounds great on headphones... I liked the guitar lead (synth?) tone. I can tell you like asymmetry, not sure what's the alternative.

I get all tingly every time jaymes plays something. the cave, It's an iconic concept. Your lyrics are philosophical this time around.

Wow, I couldn' choose one singer over the other either! Lovely song. Would you say this is through-composed? Reminded me of how Sondheim lets the words take primacy over form at times.

I agree with Lynn, one of your best. It'd make for a great metal song as well, (arranged differently). Number one with a bullet. :D:D

I had similar obsessions when I was a teen. Imaginative song here. I have cheap eris 3.5s and everything sounded great. :D:D

David, what can I say, very nice.
I am sorry to hear about your anhedonia.
It seems like you are coping though, you're still creating music.
I am praying for you to stay on an even keel so I can hear more in the future.
It's true jesse, I haven't experienced pleasure for more than 20 years. My greatest regret is not having a sense of humor. I can't find anything funny.

this is like a very unfunny parody.
Seriously, it sounds great - all the sounds are really nicely mixed
It's my anhedonia.

I feel the same way. Seeing my shrink via video just isn't the same thing.

wildly imaginative, evocative noodling. Your phrasing is always so good. Kick had a high pitched transient, not used to hearing it that way. Thanks for the Godly music.

I can tell who wrote the music! Daryl's voice is more animated than usual. Nice one U2!

Your voice is hypnotic. Need to listen to this with dark room and silence. You anticipate the words with your music very well...everything works.

You managed to turn your playfulness into playful notes. This lightened my load for a few minutes. Thanks,

Liked this alot, maybe the record company will call! I really liked the dry sound of the instruments and voices.

Your stuff just gets better and better, your style is inimitable. What can I say.

Thank you U2. I was trying to parody the music that pbs plays between stories and it ended up sounding ok, so I guess it's an unfunny parody.

Hi David,
A really interesting instrumental which unnerves and interests at the same time - a great Avant Garde piece.
Thanks for sharing.
Good Job!

Paul, thank for taking the time to listen to my music.

Vechung, not everyone's meant to be a performer (if you have performance anxiety). There's tons of different things one can do with music without performing. Your squeemishness might serve your composing skills and vice versa. It's not all about perfectionism either though that's how it first manifests itself. It's the eye in the sky you know <alan parsons>

We think alike; I know it's dangerous. :D:D They're usually dreams, or day dreams of sorts. Almost always, I picture me or someone else playing the piece I'm pretty much using VSL SE, although I own chamber strings. There's still alot for me to learn about vsl and how to wring aunthenticity out of them,
