yes. but product manager only has the option to install ST4 . It does not have an option to download only.

Does anyone happen to know if there is a easier of saner way to backup all the individual zip files of SampleTank other than downloading them one at a time? I am doing this from a system at work which is not my DAW. Just hoping to download and backup this data without installing it via Product Manager.

its all a quest to get more humanity and feel into music. i see it similar to watching art made with computers vs art made by hand. there is a certain appeal to art made by hand that computer are doesnt have. there is a certain interesting appeal to looking at some types of multi media art where the created is using a mix of digital photos, videos and also art made by hand.

my understanding is x-gear are not emulations of old vintage effects. they never were. they are an attempt to compete with other guitar effects makes making new pedals.

oh man. this totally blows. i was so looking forward to T-Racks being complete and not prompting my for stuff I dont own. I will try to hold off updating the Product Manager.

the tapes plugin slapped on a drum bus really do make drums sounds good. they have been a permanent fixture on my setup. these teac tapes i think *may* be something for benefit for hip hop and lofi genre artists. trying to get the feel of the quirkyness and imperfection of tape to make the track more human and less digital sounding is useful for some artists in that genre.

yeah. i think that would work. if you bought Lurrsen in the past outside of this group buy.. you can try to sell it. then pickup Lurrsen again as a freebie.

you might really like the Dimebag collection. some great stuff in there. also that JC120 emulation sounds miles different and better than the JC120 that is part of regular Amplitube. good luck

You can't buy into the GB and get freebies and then start selling things on KVR after the BG is over. The freebies are tied to your purchased item. There is a fellow that claims that he was able to sell the purchased item but keep the freebies from a different GB, but I don't know. it sounds a little fishy to me. the free items are a promotion package and are not considered purchases. they are gifts from IKM to be used by you and are added into your account and forever stay there. I guess you could try to just sell your account and do an account take over. i have no idea how that works. i never done it. good luck.

Hi Peter, apparently my hardware device comes with Miroslav CE. So does that mean should I be eligible for a crossgrade somewhere?

yeah. i did use them all up. but then got into the GB again with a hardware purchase. I found this irig i/o on dirt cheap clearance and picked it up. then i got back in on the GB and got 22+ more things to pickup. it turned out okay. i was already in the market for a 25 key controller.. was looking at novations and Korgs and Akais. This one has a built in interface. so it's kind of handy to use with a laptop. its just a little bigger than i had hoped for. but its fine i guess.

Yup. same here. IKM GB of 3 or 4 years ago get me into AT 4 and a few T-Racks modules. This GB pretty much got me into the SampleTank ecosystem , which I was avoiding for a long time.

it is but its better than what i was using which was a i7 which was 10 generations out of date. I dont game. I work on stats for a day job. i just load up TB's of CSV files and analyze them. 🙂

Only T-racks deluxe is in GB. Not max.

FWIW I am on a dual Xeon E3-1271 and 32gb or RAM. But I do all sorts of other things on this DAW.

yeah. that might do it. 🙂 AT 5 does use lots of resources. I think until you revist your setup, you might be better of sticking to AT 4 in a DAW.

The Leslie I am a big fan of. I have been using it for a few years. Great for getting really interesting clean retor tones. I still think IKM really screwed up the interface of the Fullertons in AT 5. They look and work better functionally in AT 4.
