CbB runs on Win7 but is developed and optimized to run on Win10. Very little testing is performed on Win7.

Yes the list is accurate. The excluded plug-ins are excluded for a reason . The dlls currently provide functionality for several Style Dials. There is no guarantee these dlls will be usable outside of the Style Dials in the future.
