I already have 7CG MkII. TVBO contains 7CG Mkii and TBO MKII. Is there any advantage of getting TVBO or should I just get TBO MKII if I want to add the close mic version to my collection?

Another thing reported is OVER $98 (which it does say on their site), so $98 exactly does not qualify.
You can add the $2 Bottles just to be sure or another $8 item. I got all three freebies by spending $40 net or less each time.

$149 for all of them seems to be a decent deal.
Have they gone lower than that?
And do you have to be a Avid/ProTools user/member to purchase?
So many questions. So few answers!

What's sad is that I had to check to see if I already own it...which I do...and never use it
Yup. Me too.

Seems like the CREATE40 code has been working like forever. I think they stopped it for the 3 for 88 sale but started it up again after the sale was over.

I believe the calibration is built into ARC3 given the consistency of the MEMS mics. Here’s an interesting read on the mics. https://audioxpress.com/article/fresh-from-the-bench-ik-multimedia-arc-2-5-mems-test-microphone
Could be. You would still need calibration files for non-IKM mics.

Question to anybody who knows, for sure, whether the MEMS that come bundled with the ARC3 boxed are specially calibrated for use with the dedicated software? IOW if I buy the MEMS and the ARC3 software separately, do I loose that last extra step of polish like a bundled mic calibration?
I don't think the MEMS is specific to the particular piece of software you download. The mic should come with a calibration file you load into ARC3. Note also that you do not need to use an IKM mic. ARC3 can use other measurement mics as well.

observations from skimming the promo page:
The $199 level looks like it will end up being a really good deal for someone new to IK.
checking overlap, AT5 contains everything in AT5SE. But if a TR5 owner picks up TR5SE, it looks like they would add the 1176, LA2A, Tape Echo and De-Esser? If that's the case, could be useful for the $150 level.
nice of them to include the comprexxor in the promotion.
I don't understand the logic behind TR5SE, As far as I can tell, all other SE products contain a subset of the next product up. But that is not the case for TR5SE. Seems kind of strange to me.

It was on sale for $39.99 a few days ago so they may still honor it! Here's to hoping!
B&H Photo honored my purchase of Modo Drums SE so I am in at the $149.99 level. Yipee!!!

I think that, due to the number of "Tiers" in this promo, that they should
have started the first Tier at 1,000 rather than 2,000...but that's just meWell, they sort of did. You got one free item at the outset. They could have said no free items until 1000, but I think psychologically it would have stopped people from buying in at the start. Having one free item was incentive to get people to buy in earlier.

Just read over on the VI-Control that the $98 before discount "glitch" is still working.
And it is confirmed. I just bought New Ambient Guitars and Bottles for $35 and received Anthology Strings. I added Bottles to ensure that my purchase before the discount was over $98.

64bit SF12 Pro does support 64bit VST2/3 3rd party plug-ins. I was very happy to pick it up in a Humble Bundle a few years ago, if only to retire my 32bit plug-ins completely. The scanner has issues with a few plug-ins.
I was surprised to read that SF12 Pro did not support 64 bit plugins. I fired it up last night and it scanned my 64 bit vst3s. And I can confirm that it does have issues with a few plugins.

Yeah, i haven't. If you have problem with that, just don't even text.
I don't have a problem with that, in fact I was just about to welcome you. But it would be a good idea to get familiar with the forum before making authorative statements. See my edited response to your first post in this thread.

I want say, this place is about Cakewalk by bandlab.
You haven't been around here very long, have you. The Deals are in the Coffeehouse section of the forum which specifically states
"This is an inclusive discussion area, intended to promote music-related discussions that do not pertain specifically to Cakewalk software. Users of all experience levels and backgrounds can ask questions and share knowledge. By making your posts music-related, you help preserve the quality of these discussions."

Oh well. I was tempted. But will wait for a deal on something that gets me into the $199 tier. From what I see. the best one would have been to get the Mixbox at $49 and had been sitting on the serial.
Where is a good time machine when you need one.

Looks like bhphotovideo changed the price of Modo Drums SE to $136.49 after I bought it. I had to check my receipt to make sure I actually paid $39.99. I wouldn't be surprised if bhphotovideo cancels my order.

Hey! I got a slick exclusive invitation to the V8P club after I bought Intimate Strings! Now I not only have to buy a hard drive for the new strings, I have to look at a page full of exclusive products I can't afford. Yippee!
I need a V8 not a V8P.
Welcome to the club, I think. I got my membership when I bought Liberis for $39. Now I have supposedly over $3500 worth of products in my account after getting Requiem. No way I spent anything near that amount.
