My thought is how long is it going to take for them to go the TONEX route via the plugin form now that there are dozens of Youtube videos talking about the QC no longer having quite the value it once had now that TONEX is released in both software and hardware versions.

People are doing TONEX captures of the NeuralDSP plugins

It has Reverb- Spring, Room and Plate.

I know that, just would be nice if they would add a couple of delays to the list.

    From the Tonex pedal manual:

    6. USB Use the USB port to connect TONEX Pedal to your computer to manage and transfer PRESETs using the TONEX Librarian or to use TONEX Pedal as an audio interface.

Apparently just on Win/Mac? I've tried it on my iPad to no avail

  3. I received mine yesterday. And it's great fun. Would have been more fun if it also ran as an audio interface on iOS.

But I don't have any other multifx, so it's a great way to jam in the middle of the night next to the missus with headphones on.

And I wonder if they could update the firmware to have either reverb or delay as a timing based effect

  4. It also comes with Amplitube 5 Standard, I believe.

Just wonder if Tonex Max and Amplitube 5 are automatically registered to your account or if you can sell them if you already have the software.

O, and I read somewhere that Tonex Max users would get $100 off of the pedal, but probably not combined with $120 in Jampoints.

Jam points won't work on this. I'm pretty sure Jam points only work for software.

They did, got 120 knocked off of the 399 price before VAT

  6. I wouldn't have minded a FX Loop, especially since the captures can be Drive Stomp + Amp + Cab.

And It's weird the interface part just goes to 44.1 kHz. I would have expected 48 at least

You can't use them on other websites.

IKM with jampoints might still be more expensive than JRRshop because of VAT.

Yeah. Pretty much useless in the EU, with 21% vat in Germany. Resellers are almost always cheaper.

Bear in mind that in the UK (and some other countries I believe), beat magazine english is free with a library card (which you should be able to get for free online in minutes from your local library's web page) and libbyapp.com.  That gives me access to back issues to June 2020. Also gives access to future music, sound on sound and computer music too (along with 1200 other magazine titles across all category types).

    Same in Germany.
