  1. Saturation that follows your signal. Beef-up your groove by adding juice to the low-level details or amplify your dynamics by making your transients explode, or anything in between. 4 different saturation curves, a powerfully clean clipper (courtesy of AirWindows) optional mid/side processing pre-clip boost so you can crank things to 1000% Info: https://bedroomproducersblog.com/2023/09/13/aarow-dyst-dynamic-saturation/ D/L: https://aarrow.gumroad.com/l/dyst

    Cubase 13

Actually I'm using that combo on my laptop and it's as solid as my RME UCX/Cubase combo.

    Cubase 13

Personally I'm more interested in hearing about the existing functionality they've broke than the new features they've added. And since it generally takes a few weeks to find all the new bugs, I'm going to hold-off for a while before even thinking about upgrading. Of particular importance in this release is whether we'll still be able to use VST2 plugins. I still use some that I don't want to give up, so it may be a very long time before I move on from v12. Also, v12 was painful for a long time and I don't want to go through that again now that I finally have things working relatively well and am proficient with my numerous work-arounds. My long-term goal is to switch to Studio One, but they're not quite there yet. Hopefully they will be soon.

  5. I really don't think so. The problem was with the way the sale was worded. It didn't seem like mis-pricing to me given just how little changed from MPS5 to MPS6. I assumed iZotope priced this upgrade to generate quick cash.
  6. Are you using the old version of NA (ver 1)? If so, that might be why you don't see it yet.
  7. Or they'll face a Wavesesque debacle of their own. Too many (savvy) folks have already bought it, installed it, and in my case, deleted older versions. I'm not going back! Just try and make me.
  8. Mine too. They'll have to rip this from my cold, dead, GAS-mottled hands!
  9. Yes because I move it between my desktop and laptop. It works great. What's really strange is that IPP reports Ozone as being activated to my iLok, but the iLok software does not list it at all. Probably a server issue.
  10. Does anyone know what we're supposed to enter in iLok to register MPS 6? I succesfully installed it in IPP, but when I open Ozone plugins in Cubase I'm toldthey're not activated. I tried doing via iZotop's website (in My Account), but that didn't work. So much damn hoop-jumping!
  11. Wow, I lost 8GB of system drive space for the upgrade...WTH?!?
  12. For those who might be wondering how the new Clarity module is different from the other three 'spectral' modules (Low-End Focus, Spectral Shaper, Stabilizer), here's a nice explanation:
  13. Hmm, I wasn't offered a monthly freebie when I bought the MPS 6 upgrade.
  14. Note: Ozone 11 now installs AAX stuff w/o asking the way it used to on earlier versions. Nice.
  15. I see a link to this on my invoice from JRR. What does it provide us beyond the S/N that came with the order? I don't remember doing this for MPS 5.
  16. Yes, that's what I see in my account at izotope. I bought the Izotope Everything Bundle but my account clearly shows that I own MPS 5 too. Then again, my attempt to register my new MPS 6 S/N just failed. I get an error msg saying: "We were unable to add this serial to your account."
  17. It does appear on izotope's site: https://www.izotope.com/en/shop/guitar-rig-7-pro/ . I wonder if they just increased the version number -- along with the other products -- to justify the release of MPS 6.
