All worked well for me (on a virtual machine with fresh windows 10).
Some questions:
1) Any ETA on when this will become 'official'.
2) After install, saving is disabled until its activated. The popup for this points to https://help.cakewalk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002692134 - which implies people need to download and install the assistant anyway. That's a little confusing, since they only really have to sign into their Bandlab account right?
Cheers

Very good video Mike. I did not realize one Matrix View could hold a mixture of midi patterns and audio loops.
As a side note, I also didn't know Studio Instrument midi patterns could be copied by dragging straight into a Matrix View cell or into a track.
Glad it was useful Jim!

Hi folks! The Matrix View in Cakewalk by Bandlab allows you to improvise a composition and record your actions! Check out my video, demystifying the Matrix!

This is an informative video. Although other DAWs have the same feature under a different name, I don't use other DAWs so I haven't previously seen or used articulation maps. It looks like it will be a great aid to using VST instruments.
I feel like they have learned well from other DAWs Jim - its a great implementation!

I've watched multiple tutorials from @Creative Sauce and they're all awesome. This one is no exception. I like and subscribe and ring the bell.
I do have one problem with the video, and that is how to correctly pronounce capo. I thought I was correct in pronouncing it "capo" but after the video, now I'm not sure if I should be pronouncing it "capo".
If anyone can articulate the correct pronunciation, I can regain my will to live!
I always love a good pun Thank you! Apparently the word derives from the Italian word 'capodastro' - but I don't speak Italian, so I'm not much help
