You are right on all of these. I only sale and buy at KVR if you are patient and willing to sell at a low price (considering transfer credit) then you are good to go.  In this link I told how it went with Fender 1

I have tried contacting support and the response takes longer than 24 hours. I already have a ticket pending from April 13th. No response on that issue till now. And I can't seem to figure out how to check on the status of an open ticket. What link do I visit?

This month I contact them here https://www.ikmultimedia.com/contact-support/mi/  it was a jampoint related question and it was answered one day after. I also asked to activate the transfer of a very old item, it was solved in day too. I don't know about other kind of issues, but sales answers are fast :D

Can't seem to find that option anywhere short of changing my address to a US location.

Can @peter from IK Multimedia please help.

There is no option for that, you have to contact support via their website. They usually take less than 24hs to answer.  @Peter - IK Multimedia will bring the light on this :D

yep i never done since i don't buy hw and usually go at jrrshop or audodeluxe , the question is : is IK + jampoints cheaper than JRRSHOP for exemple ?

at this moment, if you have enough jampoints, yes. But is not always the case

Mine is lock to euros since i created the account back then to receive ARC in France , while i was in New Orleans back the most of the time , never been able to reverse , that's why i never buy anything even with jampoints at IK since we get that magic extra 20 % ...

You can definitely contact them and tell them your "new" address. They are not after your taxes, so it won't make a difference to them.

Are we allowed to choose currency at the time of checkout on the IK Multimedia site?

The promo page shows prices both in USD and Euros.

The currency type depends on your country, so you can check it once you are logged in :D

Yes, if they were purchased as "Fender Bundle"

Yes for the bundle but no if it is a group buy, then it would only transfer F1 and F2 would remind with the other group buy, am I right? sorry to bother you

IIRC IK only lets you discount up to 30% of the price using jam points.
So the lowest you can go is $125.99 + sales tax (or VAT for Europe).
Which (depending on your case) could still be a great deal.

Yes! I got it for $125.99 . for me it was a total no-brainer. Now I am just fooling around selling them duplicates :P

Tell me if you succed , basically the only thing i will get if i go that route is amplitube max from my deluxe version ...the rest i already have it but i m not sire to be able to resell any ik stuff , like PA ...hard to sell

I am planning on selling 3 vst (fender 1, 2 and bus comp) looking to get $30 for all using the jampoints to decrease the transfer . I've already sold Fender 1, $25, -$14 (transfer) = $11 :D Now I have to do the same with the Fender 1 and bus comp and Total Max 2 would cost $100 :D

By the way, I only had almost all Tracks and a lot of amplitube. Missing all the others. so even at $125 is a massive no brainer in my case.
If you can transfer any of those you mention, you can get some bucks, with patience

    Edit: $125 = 125.99

JRR was actually cheaper if buying from Europe (no VAT). I was on the fence about getting this, but their 'new' price sorted out my dilemma :)

hahaha exactly the same for me, I was waiting to sell some plugs and buy that one from JRR but now I am out. My wallet says thanks

Everyone has her/his own preferred model and money to spend so we are picking the choice we like and believe the more...

I agree! thanks for the feedback.
can't help to think that is a very good way to invite pirates to join a pay system and support developers. I am from a 3rd world country  where NO ONE buys soft, even big studios download cracked soft. And that happens all over the world. I believethis kind of system can bring some bucks that where never on the table
    :D

Yes...if you bought it you can sell it.  You can't sell the group buy items that you received
for FREE,  but the one's that you purchased you can sell.  The way to tell is to look at the "License" tab under
the product.  If it has a RED "transfer" button then it can be sold.  The transfer fee is $19.99, and you can use Jampoints
to take 30% off that price, and also be mindful that anything you sell they will take back whatever
Jampoints they gave you when your purchased it!

Great! I saw the red tab with the transfer. Now I know I can sell them and keep the free ones (I picked tapes and leslie, and want to keep them)

    Thank you very much Larry!

It's a package license, all residing under one License Code, so there would be no way to separate it.
The only thing that you COULD do is sell off duplicates of things that you already own.

Hey Larry, what about selling the vst that gave me all the Group Buy items? Last one I bought 3 vst and would like to sell them but keep the Group Buy items. Doesn't sound possible, but I couldn't find a straight answer.

  15. Ok, after reading all this I get it. in my case it would be $125 for lursen modo bass the synths and sampletank.
I already have tracks max, amplitube, tapes and leslie. always liked the concept of modo bass, so I might jump in wf

  16. You are killing me here man!
All their bloody stuff for $125!
I am having 2nd thoughts as it doesn't come with tapes or leslie, and I have those with GB .

I will wait till I receive confirmation from support to sell my old licenses as they have this message when trying to transfer "You have reached the limit for license transfers. Please contact our Support team for assistance here"

Even sale price is crazy. So just GUI change or any change to engine as these are ancient now. Do they still stand up? Always wanted them but never saw a good price

I am still use Mono/Poly v1 and sounds pretty good.  Can't talk about the others. I wouldn't pay $300 tho
