I'm stupid as to how to use this. I can't seem to download any of these.
-
They suck in customer loyalty for those of us who have a previous version of Tracktion.

I'm wonder if the samples can be on a separate drive? I wont bite anyway. I probably have enough of these.

I'd only get this drive if I could afford 2 (so that I could mirror them in a RAID).
Putting all your eggs in one basket is a recipe for disaster. Been bit before. But if I could afford to do that - 18TB would be nice.
This would be an external for me. I could archive a lot of stuff. and maybe not be so lazy with drive imaging. I do believe WD has their own WUP when the warranty runs out. Plus I like their RMA service.

I have a 2TB external Samsung SSD but it is already more than half full. I am also thinking about system back up space - though I am thinking of adding another removable drive to the 4Tb one I have already
I'm still running these off a HDD. Most ST based libraries don't take long to load.

Go SSD or go home...
I'd convert it to an external drive for archiving. that should fit a few Soundpaint libraries. Gold drives are great.

What really needs to be considered by these companies is that NOBODY "needs" any of these.
They are "impulse buys" for most, and the higher the price, even if on sale, the less likely people
are to buy.
Some may think that this is "still a great deal", others know that's it's really not such a great deal,
because of previous sales, and because eventually it WILL be less, and if you don't really "need it",
you are most likely to wait! They know that. It has yet to sink in to us. I'm starting to delete more plugins that I never use.

So far the desktop version doesn't like ASIO hardware drivers. It wont work with my MOTU M2 or AP 2496.
I shall see if that happens on the other 2 systems.
It's working now. Not like it's really important what driver is used on a stand alone anyway.
-
Nice. I have them on Steam. I will have to ply these again on Epic.

Agreed. Hint, there is another one and it's pretty dang good too.
Bioshock Complete - probably not since most free games want you to buy sticker shock DLC.

Not a fan of UVI to begin with. I don't think many developers not named Reason Studios push the sub model.

Uninstall the broken one first then reinstall
That didn't work. I even went deep into the registry to remove all traces.

They need to mute their Sine Player.

This is the way to go. I have this with MPV and Groove 3.

I wouldn't be surprised if it goes all the way to 33. The pace seems to have picked up since they extended it.

…… or download the up to date version of IPP from their website and install it over the broken one.

That didn't work either. It works fine on 2 other systems. I usually download on one machine and the others are networked.

I've always wondered what make a drum kit cinematic?
-
Mine is broken on one system. I get this "well this is awkward". At least you can download your products from their site.
-
These load quite well on a HDD.

They remind me of Reason Studios. Bad at loyalty and more into creating instruments that updating their DAW. The difference is Tracktion isn't the train wreck Reason is.
