Maybe a nice option for those that only have the SI one from Bandlab's Cakewalk.

Yes, those of us long time users likely have AD, Session Drummer, EZ Drummer, "Superior", etc  but those all cost us way more than $9.

Is it really better then Cakewalk's though?   Most DAWs come with plenty of loops as well.   There's also some nice free ones out there.  Slate is free. Every DAW pretty much comes with it's own drum module.

Anybody else having issues with Aerkord and/or Abstrung .. Load times particularly?

I did all the batch save, save as and exclusion in Windows AV.

Double click NKI and it goes to spinning cursor for about a minute. Then  it loads its window showing a progess bar for another 30 seconds and finally the U/I for both.

All my other Kontakt instruments load way faster than this, some larger than these.

    Any ideas?

I'm going to assume that a single patch with snapshots takes longer.

I'm still using a client because I like to be able to save a backup of certain emails to my hard drive. And there have been a couple of times when I needed access to an email when the internet was down. But that is a rare occurrence, I have to admit.

My lad thinks I'm a bit daft for doing so and he is webmail all the way.

I put it down to our age ...

Which client are you using?   I had a product no longer developed call Thunderstor for Thunderbird and still works.  It had to convert the Thunderbird format to something usable.     As web masters get less competent deleting accounts and proof of purchases those backup files came handy.

Ahhh, I didn't realize they sell other products. Thanks.

As far as analytical data and the undo-button thing, I'm guessing you're being snarky as anyone who knows about the internet and data collection knows that no one is sitting around selling data about undo-button clicks. Lol! And even if that was the case, I wouldn't understand why anyone would be okay with it just to get something for free. That's a hell of a slippery slope. But it's all just conspiracy theories, just like everything else that's been shown to be actually happening.

The buyers are a really huge corporation. They own lots of things.   Whatever version of FL Studio is a one time purchase and their users are always coming up with ideas thinking Image Line is gonna go belly up.  20 years and waiting.

    I got the same message

There was a link in the word "download". I clicked on that and it installed from there. So it was only one extra click. Painless.

My issue was after installing it said I needed to update.  Tried again today and it updated.  I have 3 of those installs in my downloads.   I still liked command center. I could archive my different versions of Sonar.

But hey, even responses I get here I completely disagree with are infinitely more interesting and accurate then what our poor dear "Toddler in Chief" has to say on TV with his Jibber jibber, jibber jabber, Jibber jibber, jibber jabber, Jibber jibber, jibber jabber on and on...……….. as we play with our favorite toys he plays with his favorite toys and sings his songS of Jibber jibber, jibber jabber, Jibber jibber, jibber jabber, Jibber jibber, jibber jabber, as the pretty talking heads delight in him signing praise to him... And always pointing thy fingers at others...…………….. And naming and re-naming the names of the doomed...………………. ALL THE LIVE LONG DAY.

BTW you have violated the rules for this forum.  Please delete or modify your post.   This stuff does not belong here. There are plenty of other places for this.   Post is reported.  Hopefully our moderators will not allow this and finally someone had to test the waters.

It looks like a new version keeps coming out every year.  I have W8 & W9 and I realize that they need to make money to keep the store open, but then they seem to stop updating last year's version as soon as the new one is released. It is almost like a subscription, in that you don't get any more bug fixes unless you keep buying the latest version.  I would rather they slow down the pace a bit and maybe release some .5 releases in between major versions.

This is another DAW that is on my cut list for that reason.  It reminds me of Sonar from v3 to 8 or Finale.  Plus they raised the price of their DAW on upgrades.

Isn't it what ProChannel is all about? I chose Sonar for this functionality. Obviously CLA plugins sounds somewhat different, but I prefer the workflow of the ProChannel. It's so genius!

BTW, did anyone notice that Chris is talking to me?

    :D

I loved her post. After the oohs and ahs comes the voice of reason, do I really need another plugin?

  9.    The now have 2 new budget interfaces even though K Audio 6 is a great budget interface.

BTW they brought Carbon VST back.

I got to see the new A25 controller in the local GC.  At $159 I kinda want one.
