And here`s the crazy thing,  by using  wasapi you tube etc works a treat  , I also use a tv monitor as a second  monitor as it now stands if I want to use you tube I have to re boot my pc and then its all fine , I have`nt got as far  as playing along using  a youtube backing track so i´ll try that tomorrow , cheers  now

  4. Hi Matthew, thanks once again for the information , I re-downloaded the ASIO driver  and have re-installed it in bandlab , and hey presto the buffer slide now works , I´ll give it a go and see what happens , I did origanally have problems when changing  between you tube and band lab and it was impossibel to use both simutaneously and seperate screens  well thansk again  and keep safe .

  5. Hi Mathew yes I meant 240 I´m using driver setting  wasapi shared instead of asio as asio  didnt work as well and ive tried turning down the safe slider but it wont budge  ,sampling rate of  44100 , audio driver bit depth  24 , upuntill now everything has worked well but as I said its started to  crash , and what is a 4.59.0 ?    ( driver maybe )  thanks for your help cheers

  6. 9. Thanks David , I like mostly the old black and white photos they seem to have an innocence and honesty about them , I´m not sure if I´ll get into any copyright issues , this song was one of those that after I stummled over that riff  the rest fell into place very quickly  , and no , I´m not a relation to W  although I do speak absolute BS sometimes and dont even know it ...cheers PB

  10. Hi Bjorn , I liked the fiddle and the slide guitar and sound , although i thought the strings were unessersary they took something away from the melody there´s a lot to be said about a leaving bit of space in a song  cheers

  13. Hi Bapu, yeah a live drummer would be nice unfortunately its  luxury that I cant afford , so i´m stuck with EZdrums , as far as the Bass goes I struggle with it because i´m no Bass player so when I record the bass I try and hide it rather than embrace it and try and play it properly ..although I did write a song where I played a rather convincing walking bass line  my one and only time that said ``check out the basslines ´´  in any of my offerings..... cheers for the comments

    ...

Hi AB  From the very first note I liked it, I really like your songs they`ve always got good changes in them to keep us on our toes , and thats no mean feat.

you write.... song songs   if you get what i mean ..cheers

  14. Hi t ,   I´m not very good at layering the instuments so I try to avoid too many instuments playing at once ..if that makes sense? I also wanted a bottleneck guitar  in there but once again too many cooks etc  Ive still got some tricks of the trade to learn  , cheers Pb
