I’ve never had a problem purchasing from APD. Actually, that link looks a lot more suspicious to me than APD.

Those who purchased this earlier should check your download page on the PSP site to make sure you have the latest version. It's GUI is now re-sizable.

Installed, but getting a message- “Error reading bank: Elevated Jam 1”, which appears to clear after about 5 seconds. Happens for me in Studio One and Standalone mode.

EDIT: Oddly enough only one of my 2 computers is generating this message. The other one seems to have installed 3 without a glitch.

Has anyone gotten the Sunset Sound Verb to appear within Mixbox?….and if so how did you do it? (Yeah, I agree the deal itself here is annoying, but for $6.99 I did it)

Looks like an update to the core sounds and MIDI. Just run the TT Product Manager.

Ok, did the steps. Sounds are a bit underwhelming in my view. YMMV

Downloaded the portal. Ran the serial they provided twice, manually and pasted. Serial was rejected, and got two Windows error messages to boot. Uninstalled the whole thing. Sometimes free is still too expensive.

Sire came out with a 335 clone last year, partnered with Larry Carleton, which is supposed to be pretty good too. A little more expensive than the Epis, but still a lot less than the Gibbies.

I agree with this breakdown, and think it’s really the crux of the matter. For those of you who believe Neuton 4  is good value over 3 at $50, the deal makes sense. I suspect you are assuming that the other 2 updates will be of similar value. Because I don’t think N4 is particularly good value (and I realize reasonable people can differ on this) I have no reason to think the other 2 will be either.

What is it that you guys like so much about Neutron 4 over 3? I’m not quite getting it. There was already an unmasking function in 3, and I’ve got Gullfoss and Trackspacer to boot.
