I have relatives who spend a few winter months down there.  I'll hav e to ask them about the frogs!  Very peaceful musical accompanyment.

The frogs were crazy!  Amazing how loud they were.  I was glad I was able get a decent recording of them with my phone.  The kids had fun going out at night and looking for them.  We all rather enjoyed them.

    while i go on vacation i also write songs.fine job.jack c

I'm always up way earlier than everyone else in the house so I like to sit out side and work on the song while I enjoy the sunrise and coffee.

  3. This is a little tune I wrote while on vacation a couple of weeks ago at Hilton Head Island in South Carolina.  I wrote it out by the pool on my tablet almost entirely with FL Studio Mobile.  Photos are from the trip, too.  Hope you enjoy.

Very well done, lots of work to write and play something like that ! . . . I used to tune pianos, back in the day, and one day I tuned a piano, and my client sat down after and played some incredible boogie woogie, now that felt so good . . . just like your piece did ! Took me back, great stuff Jeff, enjoyed thoroughly.

Thanks so much for the kind words and for sharing your memory.

I always thought it would be an excellent skill to have to be able to tune pianos.  Very cool!

Chops! It comes off great. Well done and your time was well spent!

Ever hear of "Temptation Rag"? That's one of my favorites, I bet you might like that one.

    cheers,

    -Tom

Thanks, Tom.  I do know Temptation Rag, and always really liked it.  I played several rags  in my time, I never learned that though.

Mesmerising to watch (those triplets 🙈) - this is perfect as it is.

Really enjoyed that and the piano sound is gorgeous btw. 👍👍👍

Thanks, Andy!  The piano sound is Native Instruments The Grandeur.   It's always been one of my favorites.

Nice, like a little boogie, played in a band the keyboard player was into his boogie he and I would have a little jam much to the annoyance of the rest

Thanks Wookie.  Who could get annoyed at a little boogie jam?

Very good playing, doesn't look like an easy one to play, really nice.

Thank you.  I have a habit of writing pieces that are just a little more than I can play, so it takes me a while to work them up to speed.

  10. Very convincing.  If I were listening casually I don't think I would have known it was AI.  I do think that one of the reasons it works so well is the composition is really strong which helps supports the singers.

    Well done.

Agree 100%.  I really liked the energy when that kicked.  I think this is one of my favorites of yours.

It looked like the folks behind you in the mall were getting a kick out of your mask :)
