  1. Occasionally the project am working on currently takes a little while to open up. The mouse pointer turns blue and revolves and the project can display the 'not responding' message until maybe after 45 seconds it loads. At the same time the loading box in the bottom right corner displays a message saying Loading Audio Regions. Does this mean anything to anyone? it is not as if i have changed or added VSTs - it seems to be at random. In addition sometimes the VSTs can take a while to load before I can open a project.
  2. Thank you. Yours is a very different interface to mine for some reason.
  3. Could you describe how (or what you mean by) selecting a different tab? Thank you
  4. Could it 'legally' be shared if this is the case?
  5. Does this mean that any licensing arrangements go out of the window? And if Bandlab wanted to they could include it with CbB?
  6. I want to add a couple of seconds on to the end of a song. Is there a way I can do this by adding that time to one of the tracks? Thnaks
  7. No matter what my projects look like when I save them they always open in console view - is this a feature or is there a way around this? i would like to go back to a project and start where i left off.
  8. Does anyone know if Session Drummer 3 is available to purchase anywhere as i cannot seem to find it?
  9. Is anyone using drum samples to create their drum tracks as opposed to using a VST? if so I would like to hear how they manage them i.e. do you insert them one sample at a time into a track or is there an automated way - could they be triggered by a midi keyboard for example? I assume some vst drums allow the import of drum samples but that sort of defeats the object as I like to be able to control one drum sound at a time. I find some VST interfaces not too user friendly. Many thanks
  10. I would like to know if it is possible to get hold of Session Drummer 3 rather than uninstall CbB, install Sonar Pro then reinstall CbB. My PC is set up nicely now after a few issues with Windows. I would rather not 'mess' about too much with it. Might Bandlab be able to write a programme that would allow us to use the old Sonar freebies? Am sure it would be greatly appreciated by all. And if the developers of Session Drummer came on board it would probably generate sales in some of their kits.
  11. Thank you very much. The first one worked just fine. The other two only allow stretching of above 25% or more - in my case i stretched it less than 1%. Great stuff. 🙂
  12. Or maybe 'slow' down the vocals to 109bpm whilst preserving the formant.
  13. This may sound bizarre. I am 'refurbishing' an old project of mine which was recorded maybe 20 years ago. In it there is a piece of audio of a lead guitar solo. Its about 38 seconds long. And for some reason which I cannot fathom out it is displaying signs of being recorded at 109bpm. Either it is a remnant from a previous version of the project or it became stretched somehow. Anyway the project I am working on is at 110bpm and I can't slow it down because the vocals were recorded at this tempo. Is there a way I can speed up the lead guitar from 109 to 110bpm without affecting the pitch?
  14. Thank you - it was in front of my eyes as expected. 🙂
  15. Am sure I am missing something quite fundamental here but i cannot figure out how to close piano roll view other than simply dragging track view down and over it. Its probably staring me in the face but any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
  16. Yes thank you - it wasnt a CbB issue just an operator issue 🙂
  17. Yes. They were all still there when I re-opened it.
  18. I have been working on a project and have tried out a number of drum VSTs including SI Drums, TTS1, MT Power Drumkit and SSD sampler. I have tried each one out more than once before discarding it for the next one. However although I have settled for one drum VST the deleted drum kits are being loaded every time I open the project. Is there something I can do/should have done to prevent this?
  19. An odd thing about that method that I found was that as the tracks didnt all start at the 'beginning' i.e. two of them kicked in after a few bars when i copied them the actual clips were pasted at the beginning which obviously knocked them out of sync immediately. I couldn't fathom that one out as i would have thought the midi track would start at the start so to speak. But all's good now thank you all.
