That was awesome bjorn and a lovely gift to the aunt !

Clean, bright and crisp guitars from you to go with her beautiful paintings. Very nice indeed !

Fun. Loved the vibey gooey chorus-ey-ness on the leads. The percussion was uber dry by comparison, and I think it makes the little whhiiips and bleeeps stick out a bit, and I agree, the percussion kind of distracts because of it. Have you tried sending all those percs to a bus with a little rvb on it? Or maybe more rvb? Just a thought.

It's a very mesmerizing listen. Pretty awesome, actually! Rewminds me a bit of Walt Collins, an old stalwart whom I haven't noticed around here of late.

    cheers,

    -Tom

Thanks a lot Tom for listening and providing your constructive comments. Yes truly I didn't do much processing on the rhythm and beats. Some additional reverb on those could have got them to gel better with the lead and stay slightly away in space. Will keep that in mind for next time.

    Very nice.
Great sounding sound stage, nice reverb and crisp highs.
I can tell this has been a labor of love.
    Well done.

Thanks Gary for your generous comments. Glad you liked it.

Lovely sound. Excellent reverb/delays and pitch bends.  Gave me a nice floating feeling.

Thanks for listening bjorn and for your feedback.

Really nice sounds in there for sure. The percussion track/loop was repetitive to the point of distraction for me. I kept waiting for something else to happen there and then oh finally.........it's stopped......is it going to change now? ......no, it's back again.

Other than that I liked it.

I get the point Paulo. Was so focused on working on the lead and completing the track that I lost the will to work on variations to the rhythm and beats. 😀🤣

Thanks for listening and for the comments...

Enjoyed this for sure. That little “dive bomb” bit, around 2:00ish, is pretty cool. If you put a rock drummer behind this I think it could pass as an ELP track. Very cool.

Thanks Tom. Glad you enjoyed the track. Thanks for the drums suggestion on the dive. Will look to try that sometime.

That's a quality track - thanks for posting. The lead synth sounded great. Made me think a bit of Zero 7 a bit - nice job.

Thanks Douglas for your generous appreciation.

Don't know how you managed to create something so close to the edge ... and so smooth at the same time .  I really liked the synth voices  and especially the pitch wheel sections.  This one really stirred up a lot of different emotions .    Loved it     mark

Thanks Mark. Glad you loved it.

    Plan 9

    https://soundcloud.com/orygun/plan-9

I wanted to use an Omnisphere Theremin patch so I came up with this.
It's just some spacey music with dialog from the worst movie ever made "Plan 9 From Outer Space"
I downloaded the movie from the Prelinger Archives after finding out it's public domain so not a problem (I think) to use bits of dialog.

How do you insert a link such that the song plays right here in this box and doesn't switch over to Sound Cloud?  I can never get it to work.  Thanks.

Cool Ambient Soundtrack Bjorn. Goes well for the dialogs. Liked it. Well done. 👍

Definitely hearing a repeating theme in the vein of Tubular Bells, I found the strings a little harsh and trill on the Adam's overall though a very listenable track, nice job sir.

Thanks for listening and for your comments Wookiee. Will take note of the strings observation. Maybe some softener would help (Smoother maybe ?)

Mannheim Steamrollarian! This is a cool track, nice dynamics with the intro leading us in. Maybe the string lines have a bit much reverb? I dunno. Bass could come up in volume just a hair? Maybe. Probably where you would gain the most bang-for-the-buck improvement is investing in better drums, maybe SD3 would kill on this.

I found your track extremely listenable, and I for one appreciated the different timbres popping up and taking over. Good compositional chops.

    cheers,

    -Tom

Thanks for your valuable comments Tom. Glad you liked it. Oh yes, the drums could have been better. I do have SD3 but was experimenting with some patches from my MZ-X500. Maybe I should be processing them more to taste.
