You have a Great voice with a nice "airy" quality . Very relaxing. I Loved the laid back jazz/funk bass line. Enjoyed it mark
Thanks for your generous appreciation Mark. Glad you enjoyed the song.
Oh yes, the bass line took a while to sequence as I wanted it to have a groovy feel.

Nice expression, I find it to be very unique, and that I like.
I would maybe pull a bit of reverb off the vocals.
I really like the lyrics and would be interested to know what inspired them.
The message about sharing and living in the moment as well as what the meaning of life is not lost on me.
Thanks for your kind comments Jesse. Glad you liked the song. Oh yes, the reverb was to my liking, but then, I agree, could have been little lesser.
Inspiration for the lyrics just came naturally from today's times. We've got the existence and all that it could give us. All we need to do is experience it.
It's about time... isn't it ? 😊

Hi folks,
A simple video here. Quite elementary actually but intended mainly for newbies getting into the world of Casio MZ-X500 and Software Drum kits like Battery 4 at the same time.
Please watch and share your comments in YouTube and right here as well. I will be making more videos on interesting musical tools and topics (including Sonar Platinum / Cakewalk by Bandlab), which you can be notified of if you subscribe to my channel. Thanks for watching !

This is nice, I love the opening with the Asian percussion, are the Tabla real?
A real sweet trip through lots of musical influences sweet The mix sounds nice and open on the Adam's.Thanks Wookiee for listening and your positive feedback on the mix. The Tabla sounds are not real, they are from Kontakt VST instrument.

A atmospheric composition that really has a bit of drive to it - nicely done. The production on my end sounds wonderful.
There's quite a few pleasant melodies in this - and the percussion was cool.
Thanks for posting.

It's interesting how you seem to be exploring different cultural feels, especially when you get into the earth rhythms of Africa and then move to the Indian Tablas and so forth. It's like musical trip around the world in 5 minutes. You have some nice sounds in there.
🙂
Thanks John for listening and your observations. Yes, trying to explore various sounds, both from traditional acoustic sources and modern electronic and their combinations. Haven't even scratched the surface yet though 😄

Nice start there Allan with that reverby lead. Beats and vocals gel in well. Good one overall 👍

Interesting sounds there Wookiee including the reverby vocals. Didn't know what to expect and stayed that way. The transition at the 2:18 mark carries the track forward well.
Good one overall 👍
