  1. Yes love their perc libraries which are extremely unique and easy to use. I probably use shaka on every track just out of convenience. The UI and simplicity for their products is where they shine the most i think.
  2. Missed opportunity for “Synthtember”
  3. To someone with more of a trained ear i guess, How do these stack up against what you get with k ultimate, like noire, the maverick, etc. as well as the scarbee and all of the electric ones included - i listened to the demos from skybox but does it make a noticeable difference to go for these? I’m not sure how to tell the difference in sound. I’ve also started thinking.. if i want the best, and most versatile - should i just bite the bullet by saving up for keyscape, and call it a day? I’m not a “collector” per say (there are too many piano vi’s to enter that league), but if I had to pick something as the one trick pony, that’s what I’m trying to figure out
  4. Yea afaik z. Morph, mmorph, transmutator (which i have & use), all have the ability to morph thru a few multiple types of morphing/fading algorithms. I think z morph has the cleanest/most intuitive functionality based on youtube examples. If you just need a standard bare-bones volume crossfade, i think grumpy monkey plugins has an x-fade tool that does that exclusively & can be assigned to the mod wheel. It might just be a kontakt multiscript though I haven’t tried it
  5. There’s also the even less expensive transmutator plugin which is similar. But different algorithms I think is what separates all of these, lots of youtube vids on it
  6. Anyone compare this to FF Pro-G yet? As to whether it’s a necessary time saver if you already have that
  7. Update: serial shows now in the acct.
  8. Ah that field shows as blank in my acct, i’ll give it a couple days. Will be on the lookout
  9. Ok good to know it’s not just me and that their support is good. I can wait, but as my first psp order I didn’t know what to expect
  10. Ordered and installed the demo but never got an ilok code. That typical for PSP? Do they only manually fulfill those on weekdays?
  11. I wouldn’t think this is the case, but both the description and photo of the mastering bundle for example shows “Pro Q” (is that implying the first version?) — are they perhaps selling at a discount because only the first version is included? Or does anyone know if Pro Q 3 is the only version sold currently.
  12. Ah you are right, as they say around here.. i’ll get me coat 😅
  13. They just raised the price 🤷‍♂️
  14. Pretty neat concept. As a mac user, if there’s no planned AU scanner, it could be cool to see public logs of windows users’ scanned plugins, since i’m sure we all share some of the same ones. Curious what comes up for that Goyo plugin mostly
  15. Thanks for the feeback on this one @jude77Would also be curious if anyone else with waves clarity vx has experience with this one yet. I am stuck on osx 10.14, so can’t use clarity, but the minimum os for this one is 10.13, so it’s tempting to install… Even though beta is free, guess I’m a little hesitant with this one since I haven’t heard of the dev? But if enough of y’all think it’s good to go, and comparable or better than clarity, I’ll definitely give it a shot. Trying to convince myself out of buying a new laptop
  16. I use a layered piano/pad live and use this in sidechain to duck the pad signal when the piano is triggered. Compressor could do the same thing but love the simplicity & transparency. I have the main trackspacer knob assigned to a knob on my midi controller to adjust the effect live as well if i want to go overboard with it. Love that you can select the affected frequency range easily as well
  17. While i can’t use kontakt 7 yet to load this one up, i do have quantum, and am a big fan. it’s incredibly diverse in what it’s capable of. Using it for both cinematic stuff as well as some rock
  18. Still works, click “get continuo 1 for free with coupon” which takes you to gumroad
  19. Glad they decided to make the update free. Honestly only updated this morning bc i couldn’t use the plugin without updating it for as long as I can remember, it would crash my daw every time i tried to close out of the update prompt. so i’ve been using the old captain plugins (minus the “epic” specification) . Only request for v8 is being able to use it offline. Otherwise works in my daw now with the update. Big fan of using it for drafting up chord progression ideas when my creativity falls short
