  1. I know this thread is stale but in case anyone still is interested, I had the same issue when it was in the Cakewalk VST folder (C:\Program Files\Cakewalk\VstPlugins), which requires admin privileges. Since HUM808 manages patches right in its own folder, it crashes when it encounters the admin priv. requirement. (I had another VST that simply gave me an error to let me know what was happening, which was my clue). Most other VSTs do something different - they put the user-created patches into a folder like C:\users\<your user>\AppData\... which avoids the issue. I created a VST folder in my personal folder (C:\Users\<user>\VST Plugins), copied the HUM808 folder there, and added the new VST folder to the list of folders in Cakewalk. Once I did that, HUM808 happily loaded. I'll be testing it out but so far, so good. [EDIT] Aaaand never mind. Things are crashing again.
