Returning to the thread, Avenger is an Sinth eight-layer all-rounder plus rhythm accompaniment drums which is out of the ordinary and common synth, it can not be bought with Spire or Ana 2 which are common techno or trance oriented synth, it could be compare only with Rapid from Parawave which also like Avenger is another excellent complement.

Odd that it comes with a 1,000 presets but you still need to invest in expansion packs...
Couldn't they have dumped the canned presets and just included the good stuff instead?

If this synth sounds good to you. you can justify the costs and does what you need then more power to you.
Hopefully you'll have room in your audio garden for this new rabbit hole.

 

About color tastes, the tracktion products are not on the heels of Avenger, at least my personal opinion is that Avenger is an excellent super editable synth add-on with a superior sound that greatly justifies the purchase of expansions that obviously expect a 50/40% discount in the year...

I don't like it either, I don't know about the PRO version and the expansions if they will be better than the little that the mini offers...

It is very clear that some developers with a soul of progress in their sales are beginning to offer their players for free or at a very low price imitating the Kontakt player, Synthmaster player, AAS, Orchestral Tools and many others...... for obviously try to sell their great "strong" which are the expansions, we will see in the future who follows with the good example, Unifiy player perhaps?.....

Here in America best service keeps the same value €=$ of list and does not charge me tax maybe that's why it becomes the best price... 🤔

For those who are looking for a synthesizer with PRO sound, Obsession is obsolete. 

All the PA Sinth are second line, with sounds that don't even reach the heels of OB-E Gforce which for me is the best emulation far to any other like PA, Arturia or the 8 voices of Cherry....

Ideal for beginners and personal game, to take into account that all the soundpool included are for "non-commercial" use old deceptive trick of Magix not to explain and inform that all the packages offered with offers and promotions are only for NON-COMMERCIAL use.
