Give it time. I figure they'll eventually offer a discounted upgrade via Plugin Boutique.

If not, it's their loss, not ours. It's not like there's a shortage of synths 🤣

more than a year is a long time to have the extremely expensive v2 as if that were not enough, it was a bad purchase the v1 I should have gone for falcon uvi, XP at half price and free updates always, a real company that does not profit from updates

  2. I don't see anything good for the owners of version 1.X, they haven't even released a test demo. The update is very expensive, just like the XP. I personally will not update, I refuse to fall again into this type of commercial maneuvers where one never owns the plugin...

  3. I am very sorry for IKM, how ridiculous to be buying their products and get the JamPoints which then you can not use in some other purchase that one wants, these are the repudiable anti-customer acts of IKM.

I have just started with distribution and publishing a couple of months ago, so I haven't put out much yet, so no real experience on payouts etc., but when I did some research to choose a good distributor, it boiled down to Tunecore or CDBaby, mostly because they are reputable, affordable and both have a Publishing service as well, so one can get everything in one place. I went for Tunecore Distribution and Publishing Administration in the end, as among other things I liked, there is no commission on distribution royalties (but there is a 50% commission on sync royalties and 15% on other royalties, regarding the Publishing Administration).

I got most of the info, when I did the research, from Ari's Take:

    https://aristake.com/digital-distribution-comparison/

    https://aristake.com/admin-publishing-comparison/

Tunecore usually has good references, its only drawback for me is that it does not pay with PayPal, which is very unfavorable, CD baby is very expensive they charge you even the IRSC codes of the track plus the air what you breathe...

  5.  Taking advantage of the fact that it's Sunday and there are few offers I wanted to ask you a question,... three years ago I changed my distributor (RouteNote) previously my distributor was ONErpm and I still have the same problem, the first year they pay well and then they halve the stream royalties in my particular case almost 400 tracks of high monetized on YouTube since 2011, you ask me is the following? is the same thing happening to others? which distributor was more reliable and which ones were not? i would appreciate some information, thanks :)

  6. I am also a professional drummer, I learned a lot from my artistic godfather Ringo🌟all his wisdom and turned to the software (SD3) and real-time recordings on my Pearl in my studio, for this reason I do not need to buy rhythm samples since they can never look better than live recording, this more than logical that the one who does not know how to grab a pair of chopsticks and execute a good rhythm has to depend on buying such samples from the favorite author

Glad they took care of you. I bought a used Audient interface and they refused to give me the software or even register it on their site...

It is obvious that they do not give you support, because the Audient interface is not a product of Arturia, you should go to the Audient support.

  8. I'm talking about how bad the support of the official agent of Arturia is here in South America, because more than ten days to answer a complaint for the purchase of an incomplete product and not give me a solution to the problem I think in my particular case it's a real disaster, it's totally inadmissible to understand that a company like Arturia sends the incomplete products and much worse does not take the responsibility of answering and solving the complaints in a timely manner.
