R Henn Posted December 5 Posted December 5 I was disappointed to read in this post below: “Please note that this offer is only available to new subscribers. If your current subscription is nearing its end during the sale, you can let it expire, cancel and then resubscribe to take advantage of this new discounted rate.” So, loyal users (30+ yrs here) must pay full price ($150) to stick around, while newbies pay less than half ($70)? My subscription renews Jan 11. So I’m supposed to cancel today, and sign up tomorrow? What does “nearing its end during the sale” mean anyway? Is there a date range that qualifies? I looked for a customer service email but couldn’t find one. Really sad.
Amberwolf Posted December 5 Posted December 5 But...it shouldn't have to be "got around". If they are allowing it to be got around they are allowing existing users to use it so they ought to just let existing users use it. Not have to dick around to get it.

R Henn Posted December 5 Author Posted December 5 I think @Amberwolf made my point better than I did. And I was flat out wrong to complain about the lack of a support email, as it is plainly included in the same forum post I quoted (support@cakewalk.com) by @Ashwin Rao. My bad! I’ve sent an inquiry to support.
