The UI looks better now, in my opinion. I like that you get the three expansions for free with that upgrade. They used to cost 30$ each, or 18$ when on sale.

I'm lucky that I haven't spent the $10 virtual cash that I got with the Tracktion Welcome Pack yet. I've been carrying that around for one and a half years now.

Update: It doesn't really seem to offer a lot of new things. 
From what I can tell so far, the IR loader is the only new addition in terms of sound design capabilities. Apart from that it's just a new UI and more presets, I believe.

I wonder, am I the only one who has the issue that the upgrade doesn't include the soundbanks that are supposed to be included in version 2?
It's supposed to contain the expansions Beta Maxed, Son of a Beta Maxed, and Platforms. But they're not there 😟
