(SOLVED) I just activated Melodyne 5 Studio 30 day trial but it still loads as Melodyne Assistant

I own Melodyne 5 Assistant. I just activated the Melodyne 5 Studio 30 day trial a few hours ago. However,  when I launch Melodyne in standalone mode or in Cakewalk, it still opens as Melodyne Assistant. 

Note:  on the Melodyne trail website, it says that this computer is currently running Melodyne 5 Studio.  So I don't know what's wrong.

Btw, I did message Melodyne's help center but I'm guessing they're closed on weekends. I'm hoping someone here might have a clue what's going on. Thanks  👍

I got it working now. Someone from Melodyne emailed me back(at 3:30 am on a Sunday...  Bravo). Thanks anyway guys 👍

I thought they responded on weekends, but last time I had to contact them was a long time ago. What was the solution? IIRC, Melodyne comes in payloads you download when logged in specific to your account that are set to install/unlock what you downloaded, but I forget now if you can unlock the trial without getting that payload specifically? The program is actually Studio regardless, but the features/locks are in the payload bundle IIRC.
