Hang tough Lars! In November of '23  I got the UAD Signature Edition crossgrade from AD without a previous item and they honored it.

I saw the link shared at two other popular audio forums, so no doubt they are getting SLAMMED with purchases.  Wouldn't surprise me if it takes a few days to respond to and refund all the transactions.
