Event editor is launched instead of piano roll

Hey!

Normally, I double-click a midi to load the piano roll, but I messed something up, maybe because I wanted to enter the name of a VSTi preset I wanted to save without clicking the keyboard icon first...anyhow, now double-clicking a midi no longer opens the piano roll, but the event task list. How can I change that?

Thank you! Did not work, but I saw that I needed to click the small icon to the right of a clip and set it to piano roll.

Yes, changing that per-clip setting overrides the default setting in Track Options.

Handy when you want individual clips to behave differently from the rest.

This is done automatically when creating Region FX for an audio clip.  As long as the Region is active, double-clicking the clip will reopen Melodyne, or whatever RFX you've created.  After bouncing the clip, double-clicking returns to the default setting.
