Ripple Edit Status needs to be more visible, regardless of Colour Scheme.

With some Colour Schemes, when Ripple Edit is active, it can be easy to miss due to it not being as prominent as it could be.  

For example, with the “Dark” Colour Scheme, an active Ripple Edit status shows only the button text, “All” or “Section” and small icon, as orange. 

I think all with Colour Schemes, the entire Ripple Edit button needs to be a colour other than grey.

For instance, with the “Dark” Colour Scheme, the entire Ripple Edit button needs to be orange

This will make it easy to see.

I think this is important because an inadvertently left enabled Ripple Edit can cause unintended edits.

Of course, a solution is to use the Tungsten Colour Scheme.  However, some people may not wish to do that, just to get a more prominent active Ripple Edit button.
