Is it possible to install two different versions of Cakewalk ?

My Tech guy recently by accident installed the update and now I have less options. Can a different version be installed, not deleting updated version. And still be able to use all the plugins  ?

If you're talking about CbB v Sonar Free tier then yes, they can be installed side by side.

But with CbB you're living on borrowed time. Activation will no longer be possible sometime after August 1st

If you're talking about Sonar Free tier vs Sonar Premium then I'd like to know how he did this when both versions are tied to one Bandlab account.

Please take the time to read the current collection of posts here that clearly explain the current situation with Cakewalk. 
Simple answer is Cakewalk is discontinued and you have 4 options. 
1- Use Sonar FreeTier

2- buy a membership and use the full version of Sonar 

3- Switch to another Daw

4- Use a legacy version of Sonar like Platinum
