henkejs Posted July 2 Posted July 2 If this has been explained in another thread, I couldn't find it. Why does the Cakewalk Product Center show these add-ons as not installed? I got all these years ago with earlier versions of Sonar, and they've been working fine in CbB and new Sonar. I used the Product Center to install the Drum Replacer just to see what would happen, and that one now shows as installed. As far as I can tell these add-ons are not updated versions, so is there any reason to re-install them other than to see them recognized by the Product Center?
Noel Borthwick Posted July 2 Posted July 2 Product center can only monitor products that were installed via product center. If you installed it years ago via a different installer it has no knowledge of it. Its expected behavior. 1
michaelhanson Posted July 2 Posted July 2 I attempted to update my email at Command Center. A very old email was used for my original log on and I no longer have access to it. I got the response that it sent me an email to confirm, which I am never getting. Sadly, It seems that I can no longer access any of my Legacy Products. I was after Rapture. Such an excellent plug in.
