Max Arwood
Can you have Sonar paid, Sonar tier and cwbl. Installed at the same time?
Bristol_Jonesey
I'd say almost certainly. There is likely to be a completely different path & .exe to Free Tier One thing I would question is backwards compatibility. Free Tire by its very nature is missing features from the paid version. Project saved in paid might not open properly in Free Tier
Colin Nicholls
You can only install one copy of Sonar. Whether it is the "Free Tier" or the "Full subscription version" depends on how you are logged in to BandLab. CbB has always been able to be side-by-side installed with Sonar. So you can have CbB + Free Tier Sonar, or CbB + Full Version Sonar, but not all three. That said, the essence of the answer is, yes, you can have all three versions available to you, but only one tier of Sonar at a time.

Glenn Stanton
if you have the paid version of Sonar, you don't need the free version 🙂 and you won't have the paid version if you don't pay for it and just install the free version. 🙂 so it's not really problematic that the free and paid version share the same folders etc when they're installed. and CbB is wholly separate as are all the previous version of CW products (SPLAT, etc etc).
John Vere
Exactly what @Colin Nicholls said. Example I have a Membership to Bandlab good for another month, I download and install Sonar I would then Log in with that account ( Sock Monkey) Sonar would be 100%. But I just installed Sonar ( this is a brand new OS re do ) and I logged in using my John Vere Account and Sonar is in evaluation mode with Nag screens.  So far all I found missing was Drum Replacer. Then the missing effects and the new sampler etc. Otherwise it's Sonar. Cool. I'm happy.
msmcleod
Sonar Premium and Sonar Free are the same program. Premium features are unlocked when you log in, and stay in as long as you're logged in. Note although you need to be connected to the internet to actually log in, you do not need to stay connected to the internet to remain logged in.  If you remain disconnected from the internet, your log-in session will eventually expire, but AFAIK it lasts around a month. If connected to the internet, your log-in session will automatically refresh. 3
