Thanks a lot; I already tried to download the current version from that link of the Cakewalk Product Center app, but unfortunatelu it's not compatible with my version of Windows 7; please, may I ask you whether you know where I can download the previous versions? Thanks a lot again sir, ☺️

AFAIK, current version is the only one that will work on any OS.

The new Sonar doesn't support W7. There is now officially no free version of Cakewalk as of August. 

You won't get much sympathy as  we are now at the end of life for W10 as well.  Cakewalk was a bad choice if you wanted to stay in a time machine. Any other Daw or a Legacy version like X3 would be fine.

That is not Cakewalk. Big difference to some. The OP seemed to be trying to install an older version. That's all due to Mike putting out a video a while ago telling you to do this. Save the old installers. I think it used to work but of course that is not the case anymore.

Only last week, I installed Platinum on my laptop from the Command Center, so that works.

If you're talking about CbB then no, of course it won't work. After August 1st there will be no way to activate it
