Are you opening it by clicking on a project? If so try opening it in safe mode. Hold down shift the click on the project. Have you tried opening it by just using the shortcut without a project. Also I'd like to report an issue when moving project content by clicking and dragging in the Time Ruler. I don't know if it's a known issue but there is a delay between Time Ruler numbers and audio / midi clips, when moving to right or left. If it does it implies a broken core plugin. I suggest if that is the case, complete uninstall, registry clean. Cold boot of your machine and reinstall. Do you have any anitvirus or malware running? When I went into preferences scaled up the gui to 125% and enabled GPU acceleration, every label got translated to Chinese when I re-booted Sonar. I fiddled with the scaling again, re-booted and got Italian! The next time after re-booting, I got Russian.
