She knows what's off limit - I only need tell her once and we're good. She's 12 now, and we're like an old couple. We have our routine. I think she's a genius. I mean, look at those eyes... I keep trying to fix it - there's something that sounds off when it goes from A# to C. I do not know what it is, on paper everything is in tune, but something just doesn't quite work - something's flat. I'll figure it out someday I guess. Btw Rain, I just gave this another listen and it really does sound great. It's kinda Nightmare Before Christmas sounding. Which is very cool. And btw, I'm a perfectionist like you but I've learned to enjoy the little human elements of my music... especially since no one else hears those little things but me anyway 😄. Seriously, we can all be too hypercritical of our own nusic. Also, I have a great ear for pitch and nothing jumps out to me as flat here. Whatever imperfections are there just add to the human element and originality. Rem my friend, most of today's music sucks because it's TOO perfect. It's like taking the brush strokes out of a masterpiece... It doesn't add emotion, it steals it away.
