happy816
I am looking forward to the return of the theme editor. The vertical grid lines and background color of the piano rolling shutter window can be freely set, and when selecting a track, the background color of the left channel bar changes with the color of the selected track. Just like the bandlab color scheme. As an old user of Sonar for over 20 years, it's very difficult to give up Sonar from Sonar4 to now, isn't it? I sincerely look forward to this return! Thank you Sonar!
happy816
The background color and the font size of the plugins are too small, which really makes me, an elderly person, anxious. I squint my eyes and stare at the screen with tears streaming down my face 1
Wookiee
It has @happy816 been repeatedly explained that it is planned but not scheduled. Moving to correct form for feature requests.

There are a number of themes plus you can make basic colour adjustments in Preferences.
happy816
The background of the piano window cannot be set separately, and if you want to adjust it to a white background, you can only adjust the theme. It is not easy to accept the entire interface being light colored. Looking forward to returning to the previous user-defined piano window background color and black key color. Also, can Sonar use Bandlab's theme files and color presets? If possible, how should I proceed?

sjoens
I don't have Sonar currently installed but you could try importing an exported color.clr set from CbB to see if the PRV colors will carry over. This actually worked with some Sonar 8 colors that X1 had removed,

sjoens
Anymore, my eyes are slowly going South and since I work mostly in PRV, the ability to change the background is important.

I am wondering if you can try adjusting the windows contrast using the windows colour management tool. Start run > colorcpl.exe > advanced tab > Calibrate Display
sjoens
I have played with screen adjustments but that affects everything, and with CbB and previous SONARs it's not an issue since PRV colors can be changed at will. Since X1, colors are slowly turning gray until all color is gone from life. Sonar now has a theme returning the record button red again, but only after enough people said something. For me ability to see and use trumps features, tho when I finally can't see at all it won't matter. 😎
Promidi
I have to admit, I too like to adjust colours and was a little disappointed when the list of adjustable colours in Sonar was reduced. It reminded me a bit of George Orwell's “1984” when a character mentioned that the new edition of the Newspeak dictionary was thinner than the last edition.
