Automation of mute not visible in console track

Roy Slough

Question

I use a mixture of Automated Mute and automated volume to remove unwanted sections of a track.

Automated Volume changes are reflected in the console as the fader moves, however automated mutes don't illuminate the manual mute button.
While I appreciate that a manual mute is different from an automatic mute I would like to know if a track is has automatic mute applied without looking at the track's automation line. i.e. in the console view

Any tips please

As-is you have to manually switch to Automated Mute button by right-clicking the Mute button.

Thanks, that's what I needed to know.
There may be other functions available when one right clicks - I have not been trying this on all the buttons/controls.

Have been trying to use the Automated Mute settings to block out sections of a track. I go thru the process and the Mute Data is recorded to the track but ..           nothing happens.. The track is NOT Muted where the data says it should?  The automated faders work normally...Any help would be appreciated...Thanks
