Recorded my project, pans were working fine, come to mixing and my channel meters are not responding to panning.  My master bus pan control is working fine but it will only pan the whole mix left or right. The individual tracks not panning.  Can anyone help with this issue. Thanks in advance!

Most likely your issue is that your tracks were going to a master bus which has its interleave switched to mono. If you do that track pans will no longer work until you switch the bus out of mono interleave. The fact that it got solved by creating a new master attests to this.

Hi thanks Noel yes, I did try this but it wouldn’t stay switched, instead it kept reverting back to mono interleave as soon as I took the cursor from the button, hence the new master bus. That seems to have solved the issue. Many thanks.

is there any other reason this panning issue might happen?  i looked at all my tracks and busses, and they are all set to stereo interleave, but when i render to stereo master, the wav file's pan seems really heavy to the right side, even though i have nothing of any bearing to the song panned like that in the tracks and busses.

as it turned out, the person i am collaborating with had the right & left channels on the Hardware Outputs sliders set at different levels.  since i never have that visible, it took a while for me to figure out that there was the cause.
