Cool find, worked for me.

For setting, change it in your profile.  (just country, I kept all else the same like city postal code ect)

Interesting.  Just for giggles, wanted to see if I could do it.  Unfortunately, no.  PayPal won't let me change my country/region.  I'm based in US.

It worked for me.  I just got Widener. 

I signed out of my account and used pay as a guest option.  There I changed the country to Sweeden and payed with PayPal. I am in Canada.

 

Edit: I just bought Wasted Space too.
