I had last night. On Google, every time I hit search - which I found quite perplexing. Went away when I disabled the VPN. 

I'm a huge Krafwerk fan, so I refuse to acknowledge that I'm not a robot.

Google has had this for years. If they cannot track you, they pop that up incredibly often (and seems even more often when using special search command operators, even when not on a VPN).
