Sergio Miranda Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 (edited) I have CAKEWALK installed in C:\ Drive. I noticed a folder in my D:\ Drive named SONAR. I deleted that folder but everytime I launch Cakewalk that same folder is created again in D:\ Drive. Anyone knows why this happens and how can I DELETE that folder permanently? Thanks. 57Gregy Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Perhaps preparing for the advent of the new Sonar and the imminent death of Cakewalk by Bandlab?
DeeringAmps Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 Check “folder locations” in preferences. Perhaps you have something pointing there? 1 1
Byron Dickens Posted December 2, 2023 Posted December 2, 2023 What happens if you just leave that folder alone and don't worry about it?

Folder had to be created at some point and entered in Preferences initially. Once there, it will recreate the folder if found MIA. Edited December 2, 2023 by sjoens 1
