sjoens Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 (edited) After the last Windows 11 update, CbB and a few other programs quit working because MSVCP140.dll & VCRUNTIME140.dll were "supposedly" not found. The files were NOT missing and were still there, and a System Restore to remove the last update fixed the problem. Edited October 2, 2023 by sjoens
Promidi Posted October 2, 2023 Posted October 2, 2023 What I would have tried before doing the System Restore is uninstall and reinstall the latest Vdist runtimes or even reinstall CbB.

They might not have been registered correctly with the update install. @Promidi's suggestion about redoing the Microsoft redists (either separately or by re-running a Cakewalk install) would be the first thing I'd try as well.
