I listened to about half of this before moving on. Not my cup of tea.

But then that damn synth riff kept playing in my head and I knew I had to go back a listen to the whole damn thing!!

Monkey See, Monkey Do - Michael Franks

We used to do this song when we were trying to be a jazz band. But in this area, we couldn't get enough jazz gigs to support ourselves, so we went to pop music, and haven't lacked for work since (except for the COVID pause).
