Here's four great examples of the 'rebooted' tracks: Cool??I agree, in the mid 80's a lot of bands were using those really bad sounding synthetic drums. including YES. Mick Jones was (and I hate to say it like this) Lennon to Joe Strummers McCartney and Topper Headon was a killer drummer. But the songs are really well written, and the vocals are amazing? Being in that band must have been a tough ride right from the start. BTW saw an interview Christine Hynde and she said that she tried out for the Clash when they were first getting the band together. 1
