I can appreciate your comments above as to how the song came to be.  I love it when a song just sort of takes off on its own after you start it.  Unfortunately, that doesn't happen often enough for me.  It is a beautiful song and some doggone good git. playing also!!!  If you had fun doing it then that is just icing on the cake(walk) isn't it!

Grem, I listened to this twice because it just happened to fit my mood.  A piano and guitar are like bread and butter to me.  Man, I can hear the hours and years in your playing.  That's just naked soul.  Cool!

@Freddie, it was fun to do! And your right it doesn't happen enough. In fact, the reason I didn't get back with ya'll sooner I was trying to get a recording right!! I'd do it, then did it about eight more times over a few days!! Anyway, I tried to have fun with that!!
