Focusrite scarlett solo 3d gen output failing

I recorded a guitar and when listening I can barely hear it through the headphones jack  also when premonitoring the guitar hears quietly When I hear it directly from the jack of my computer it hears well any sugestions?

In Focus Control,  are the levels for the guitar channel turned up ?

Daft question but humour me - the headphone jack used on the Solo does have two rings on it and not three?

Well didn't watch it but I use the led circle in the interface in the volumen and It was displaying green

It have 3 is a mini jack

That is your problem I think. You want a stereo jack and adapter - like this

Are you using  the right adapter? You will need a specific TRS to TRRS adapter, otherwise the connection rings will not line up.

Have you tried it with a standard pair of audio only headphones (no mic) that have a standard two-ring TRS adapter? If that works as expected, this confirms the issue.

If not, then I'm wrong and something else strange is going on.
