Arranger section colours

Question

1400959708_Arrangersection.JPG.02bcfe2cb6d1c7e963cdd6840289e7e0.JPG

Hello peepz,

Any idea how I can set my preferred colours with the Arrangement section coz everytime I have to open a new project, it just reverts back to its default colours and finding it time consuming to do it all over again.

Many thanks.

but what color wheel does the 10 digit  "color"  entry relate to???
[It's not hex RGBA, so...?]

It's HEX ARGB converted to decimal.   Or put another way, 4278190080 + (65536 * red_value) + (256 * green_value) + blue_value  (where the colour values are 0 to 255 respectively )

I'm confused. That color code makes no sense to me, and why use it when #2 below uses the more familiar format (ie: "ff5894de")?

My search results for "sectionTypes.json":

1. C:\ProgramData\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\Arranger\sectionTypes.json
2. C:\Users\"me"\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\userArrangerSectionTypes.json
3. C:\Users\"me"\AppData\Roaming\Cakewalk\Cakewalk Core\Arranger\sectionTypes.json

1 & 3 are the same file stored in different places. What is 2 for?

I deleted number 2.  3 does not exit on my system

CbB still picked up the settings from "%programdata%\cakewalk\cakewalk Core\arranger%progdata%"

Yes, it does not make sense, but it is what it is.  Those are the colour codes.
