Cakewalk crashing when opening some older files?

I have some older files I am attempting to open some older song files and something in the file is causing Cakewalk to crash.

Probably a VST incompatibility, I recently redid my system.  These song files are only about a year old.

How do I isolate which plugin is causing the problem?

Using safe mode and a process of elimination.

Too invoke safe mode hold down the SHIFT key while opening a project.

It turned out to be Breverb,

It seems the old Breverb I had on my other computer is not compatible with the one I downloaded on my new computer.
