FAO craigb: Multiple monitors?

This is *not* for my DAW.

My home/work environment is made up of two computers; each has two HDMI monitor connections going to a KVM switch which then is connected to my two ASUS 24" monitors. I'd like to have 4 monitors. Can I place this after the KVM for each monitor out connection and add two more monitors? Having a total of 4 monitors?

I wouldn't try that, but can you put different things on each monitor or is it just duplicated?  If it wasn't for the KVM, I'd say get another video card...

That said, for $13.49 from Amascam, I'd get it, try it and return it if it didn't work! ?

Hugh haves 2 computers with each 2 monitor outs, can add 4 monitors directly to them  (simples).

Then update computer/software/app  settings to display the stuff you want on each monitor, possibly there's some (free) monitor manager software  (once figured out, simples).
