I know a lot of hardware comes with either Cubase LE or AI, so was hoping someone had one that they weren't going to use...

That's pretty accurate...their sales are few and far between... 1

I also believe that Cubase 12 will be released before the end of the year. I have cubase elements 10 and waiting for cubase 12 to be released to decide: upgrade or not.
