Only recent email I got from 8Dio gives me a 10% discount coupon.

It says "Thank you for purchasing your watermarked 8Dio The New Forgotten Voices Cait."

"Your request is currently being processed. We are doing our best to expedite your order"

Strange thing is .. I bought this back in 2018

They're personal codes...and they may be sending them out it batches...IDK
or it might be for V8P memebers, IDK, because there was no mention in the email.

Anyone get it who is not a V8P member?  That would eliminate one possibility...

A week ago I also received a strange mail confirming a purchase I did in 2018, but the day after 8DIO support sent out a new mail saying the first mail had been sent out by mistake due to a system update.

I sent them an email earlier about this. Just got a reply:

Thank you for contacting 8dio support.

These emails were resent out to a variety of our customers due to an error in our emailing system, which we are working to resolve. As a result, we also recently sent out a 50% code for all affected customers, which I have attached below:

So if you have been affected by this it might be worth a try to send them a mail that you got an errant email from them and get a 50% voucher also ..

They mentioned in another forum that it was sent to newsletter subscribers. Contacting support and they will issue a voucher for those that didn’t got one.

I hear what you're saying, but I mean literally, mathematically, the OP stated a 50% discount but what you showed was a 90% discount, I have the 50% off discount code. If I try it on those same products are you saying that it will discount by 90% instead of 50%?
