I'm almost certain that Melodyne will chrash if you put it on part of a track that has Autotune as an insert.
Disabling autotune before adding Melodyne has helped in more than four-ish instances on my system.

Hi Anders,

I can imagine my voice if I put 2 pitch correction plugs on it - it'd be nothing but pure gold!

I guess it's not such a good idea to process your voice in that way, unless you are using these 2 on instrument tracks?

Timbo

PS = I enjoy your music, by the way.

@Anders Madsen if you can reproduce it could you send us a crash dump?

Sorry, I could not reproduce it today, with a single voicetrack.
I dare not test any other projects with work put into it.
I do remember that there was no option to send/save chrashdump.
I could save, restart Cakewalk and continue, although that took som waiting in between hung states.

Don't Melodyne and AT do the same thing? What are you going for by using both on the same track? Curious...

They don't do the same thing.
I use Melodyne as a region Fx to reduce the impact of AT when AT does a lot, and sounds like AT.
If its me, I'm more likely to do it over again.

just checking, but I have had issues before. What seems to help, and it is suggested, is to actually split the part that you want to do the region FX on (and do Melodyne only on that), and to raise your buffer while editing.
