How to globally disable soft synth's MIDI Out?

When I load Kontakt or Dexed, they load with Enable MIDI Output already activated. If I happen to forget to turn it off I may have issues with doubling the recorded MIDI data in tracks sometimes. Is there a way to globally disable all VI's MIDI Output on plugin load? Thx

Deselect "Enable MIDI Output if Available" in the Insert Soft Synths Options dialog
